2 Longview men plead not guilty in Marshall double homicide
MARSHALL, Texas - Two Longview men pleaded not guilty Tuesday to capital murder charges in the June 27 shooting outside a Marshall Whataburger that killed brothers Jassiah Hill, 18, and James Morrow, 20.

Cortavian Tatum, 19, and Jamarrio Epps, 21, face life in prison or death if convicted. Bonds for Tatum, Epps, and co-defendant Davion Brown are set at $2 million each. A fourth suspect, 17-year-old Lisandro Velasquez, was indicted on a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity.
