Police: Man shot off Mount Solo Road in Longview homicide
The suspect is in Cowlitz County Jail.

Authorities say the suspect in Friday's West Longview homicide is in custody.
Josiah Karr, 24, of Longview, was booked into the Cowlitz County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder - domestic violence.
Longview police responded to a report of domestic violence at Del Ray II, a mobile home park at 5600 Mount Solo Road, at about 10 p.m., according to a Saturday notice.
The location is near Roy Morse Park.
When officers arrived, they report finding a man suffering from gunshot wounds inside a home, but medics weren't able to revive him.
The victim's name has not been released.

Several kids at the scene were unharmed and returned to their families, police report.
About two hours later, officers detained the suspect, who had fled on foot.
Police say there is no further threat to the community.
Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office, Kelso Police Department and Washington State Patrol also responded.
Detectives, officers and crime lab technicians with the Washington State Patrol remained on scene throughout the night, processing the scene.
