Del Ray II murder suspect appears in Cowlitz County Superior Court
The man accused of killing another man in a mobile home park Friday night, near Roy Morse Park, made his first court appearance Monday afternoon.

Presiding Cowlitz County Superior Court Judge Thad Scudder issued three no-contact orders for Josiah Karr, 24, of Longview: one for an adult woman, plus two more orders for minors who were present during the shooting.
The woman was on the phone with the defendant and the victim the night of the shooting, said Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Jacob Lervold in court.
Karr is being held without bail.
Karr, who was arrested Friday on suspicion of first-degree murder and two counts of reckless endangerment, has a bail hearing set for Wednesday morning.
Cowlitz County Prosecuting Attorney Ryan Jurvakainen said the victim was the brother of Karr's wife.
Longview Police Department Capt. Tim Watson said the two men lived in the same home.
Longview police responded to the Del Ray II, a mobile home park located at the 5600 block of Mount Solo Road, at about 10 p.m., Friday, due to a report of domestic violence.
After arriving at the mobile home park, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds inside a home. The victim died, and Karr, who allegedly fled on foot, was detained later that night.
Multiple children were present at the scene, but none were harmed, according to a Longview Police Department notice about the arrest.
