Games, door prizes and group sessions will also be included. Tickets are $5 each, and snacks will be provided.
In Her Shoes, designed for moms and daughters ages 12-18, will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Topics will include parent-teen communication, friendships, bullying, social media, body image, dating, purity and God’s promises from a biblical perspective. The day will also feature breakout sessions, games and door prizes. Tickets are $10 per person, with lunch provided.
Organizers say the weekend is designed to give mothers and daughters an opportunity to spend meaningful time together, strengthen communication and make lasting memories while growing in their faith.
