Coastal Bend Child Development Center celebrates new classroom spaces

The Coastal Bend Child Development Center celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremon on Aug. 20 at its location on Hwy. 35 South.

The center celebrated the completion of two new classroom spaces that expand the school-age program, allowing it to serve more children and families in the community. The campus opened

in October of 2022.

The center is going to expand its school ages to age 12, beginning as young as kindergarten. The center is a NAEYC-accredited early learning center and serves children six weeks through

12 years old. The organization uses play-based learning, a nature-based curriculum, has experienced educators, and offers a nurturing environment, and is committed to helping every child learn, grow, and thrive.
