Aransas County grand jury returns indictments

An Aransas County grand jury on Aug. 6 recently returned indictments against the following individuals:

Matthew Michael Alexander, 35 — burglary of a building, state jail felony

Travis Dvid James Barnhart, 25 — unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, second degree felony

Janel Myra Brooks, 38 — possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1B, 4 to 200 grams, second degree felony

James Albert Decker III, 44 — fraud use/possessing identifying info 10-50 items, second degree felony

Zoey Greer, 27 — DWI with child under 15, state jail felony

Joshua Hansen, 27 — possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1B less than 1 gram, state jail felony

Shanon Hewett, 46 — possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 or 1B, 4 to 200 grams, second degree felony; unlawful possession of firearm by felon, third degree felony; theft of property greater than $30,000 less than $150,000, third degree felony

Michael J. Howard Jr., 29 — possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 or 1B, 1-4 grams, third degree felony; unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, third degree felony

Misty Dawn King, 46 — theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, state jail felony

Casey Dewayne Kitterman, 35 — possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1B, 4-200 grams, second degree felony; unlawful possession of firearm by felon, third degree felony

Gary Wayne McCall, 64 — continuous violence against the family, third degree felony

Henry Orvall Moore, 50 — tampering with physical evidence, third degree felony; possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1B, less than 1 gram, state jail felony

Gerold Nesenson, 55 — assault family violence with previous conviction, third degree felony

Marco Curtis Rambin, 43 — possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1-4 grams, third degree felony

Justin Lee Rodriguez, 38 — possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1B 4-200 grams, second degree felony

Pauline J. Rodriguez, 51 — theft of property more than $30,000 less than $150,000, third degree felony

Randall Rexford Rogers, 63 — theft of property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000, state jail felony

Bryan Anthony Shobar, 38 — assault family violence with previous conviction, third degree felony

Joshua Aaron Valdez, 33 — burglary of a habitation intend other felony, first degree felony; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony; stalking, third degree felony; violation of protective order two times within 12 months, third degree felony; violation of bond conditions two times within 12 months, third degree felony
