Police arrest 51-year-old woman after pursuit in Kalispell

KALISPELL, Mont. - A 51-year-old woman was arrested on Wednesday morning after leading police on a pursuit through Kalispell, according to the Flathead County Sheriff's Office (FCSO).
FCSO said deputies initially attempted to stop the woman for a restraining order violation near the intersection of Cemetery Road and Highway 93 south.
"Ultimately, law enforcement was able to disable the fleeing vehicle with stop sticks, allowing law enforcement to safely resolve the incident," FCSO said.
The woman was arrested and booked into the Flathead County Detention Center. FCSO said there is no ongoing threat to the community.
