Fire Chief Paul Finlay retires from the Missoula Rural Fire District

MISSOULA, Mont. – The Missoula Rural Fire District (MRFD) announced the retirement of Fire Chief Paul Finlay. His last day is June 21.

This followed Chief Finlay’s 27 years of service to the community. Finlay first joined the MRFD in 1999.

MFRD offered thanks to Chief Finlay for his service and dedication to citizens of Missoula and to the district.

MRFD’s daily operations will continue uninterrupted. This went unchanged since 1961. Consistency, stability and maintaining fire and emergency response services will not go unchanged during this transition.
