SHREVEPORT, La. - The City of Shreveport is hosting it's second lecture of it's "The Threads That Bind Us" series on Thursday.

SHREVEPORT, La. - The City of Shreveport is hosting it's second lecture of it's "The Threads That Bind Us" series on Thursday.
Cheryl White, Ph.D., from Louisiana State University in Shreveport's History and Social Sciences Department, will give a lecture on women's history and the shaping of America.
It will be held inside the University Center Theatre on the LSUS campus at 6 p.m.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The event is free to attend.
