Wendy Renee Brian, 39, was arrested Wednesday in Harrison County, Texas. She's charged with murder in connection with the death of Jeremy Scott Quada, 39.
The shooting happened on Dec. 6 at a house on County Road 4342 in Cass County. Quada was taken to a Texarkana hospital, where he died on Dec. 9.
Cass County sheriff's investigators allege Brian discharged a firearm during an altercation, striking Quada.
