Shreveport police search for woman wanted in apartment complex shooting
SHREVEPORT, La. — The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public's help to find McKenzie Watkins, , 19, who is wanted in connection with a shooting at a Walker Road apartment complex on May 31.
SHREVEPORT, La. — The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public's help to find McKenzie Watkins, , 19, who is wanted in connection with a shooting at a Walker Road apartment complex on May 31.
Investigators say Watkins was involved in a fight at the complex pool when she allegedly hit a woman with a handgun and fired a shot into the air.
Watkins faces charges including battery of a dating partner, illegal use of a weapon, and two counts of aggravated assault. Police urge anyone with information to contact them.
