Shreveport man accused of sending explicit videos to juvenile

Wesley Roussell, 21, was booked in to the Caddo Correctional Center on 50 counts of computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
His arrest is the result of a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Roussell was initially identified during an investigation by the Whitestown, Indiana, Police Department. After investigators determined Roussell lived in Caddo Parish, the case was transferred to the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation. Roussell was ultimately apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Roussell is held in CCC without bond.
The investigation remains ongoing.
