SHREVEPORT, La. - Holy Angels has received $160,000 from the Community Foundation of North Louisiana to support AngelCare, a program for residents with total care and high behavioral needs.

The funding provides one-on-one support to help residents live with greater independence and dignity. The grant continues a four-decade partnership between Holy Angels and the foundation, which has supported the organization since 1980.

The organization also received recent financial contributions from the Arthur and Joyce Trowbridge Foundation and the Amazon.com Northwest Louisiana Community Fund.

CEO Laurie Boswell expressed gratitude for the donations, noting the funds strengthen Holy Angels' mission to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
