Caddo Parish District Attorney's Leadership Academy returns to empower students

Shreveport, La. - The Caddo Parish District Attorney's Leadership Academy returns for its fourth year of empowering local high school students on Monday. 

During the week-long event, students will be encouraged to think critically about their future, will be put through interactive activities, and will be taught leadership skills. The program's goal is to make the students the authors of their own story and to make them leaders in their communities.

At the end of the week, students will have a graduation and student showcase where they can show off all that they have learned during their time in the program. 

The academy runs through Friday at 620 Texas St., Suite 100 in downtown Shreveport.
