During a Caddo Parish Economic Development Committee meeting Thursday, Administrator Erica Bryant stated the initial phase would feature 10 basketball courts and 20 volleyball courts adaptable for sports like wrestling and boxing tournaments.
The Economic Development Committee voted to accept preliminary site recommendations while agreeing to review urban locations. The project depends on a Nov. 3 election, with public presentations planned soon.
