BOSSIER CITY, La. — Developers and planners unveiled the 2026 KTBS 3 St. Jude Dream Home during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, giving the public a first look at the house one lucky winner will have a chance to call home.

Located at 780 Duckwater Landing in Bossier City, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home valued at $715,000.00 was built by Rodgers Homes & Construction and features a Scandinavian-style layout, three-car garage, outdoor kitchen and state-of-the-art appliances.

Philip Rodgers said the opportunity to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is what keeps him and other developers involved in the annual giveaway.

"If you ever go to St. Jude's and you see sick children that don't have a chance, it's something that, you know, you don't quit," Rodgers said. "I think once we get more computers and more money and more cures, you know, we can save more lives."

Meagan Crow, a National Wholesale showroom manager involved with the project, said supporting St. Jude and the families it serves makes the work worthwhile.

The giveaway will also include a new Jeep donated by Hebert's Town & Country. This is the second year the dealership has donated a vehicle to the giveaway.

Sales Manager Drew Hebert said the dealership is proud to support the cause.

"We've donated many years and we're just excited to donate a vehicle and just help support the cause even more," Hebert said.

Entries for the Jeep giveaway close at midnight Friday. Tickets for the giveaways are available here, with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The dream home will open to the public Saturday at 9 a.m. and will be available for tours every weekend through Sept. 20. Anyone visiting the open house can register on-site for free to win a $5,000 Ivan Smith Furniture shopping spree.

The grand prize drawing for the home will take place Sept. 22. Click here to purchase tickets.
