Boil advisory issued for some Athens residents

ATHENS, La. - The South Claiborne Water System has issued a boil advisory for some residents in Athens. 

Customers living on Springlake Road, Burns Road, Lewis Way, Morris Lane and Jones Loop are affected.

Once samples are examined and cleared by the Louisiana Department of Health, the advisory will be lifted.
