America 250 fact of the day: HBCU's in Marshall, Texas

MARSHALL, Texas - As we approach the 250th anniversary of America, KTBS 3/KPXJ CW 21 continues to celebrate this history of our nation.

After World War II, historically black colleges helped shape Texas history. Marshall Bishop College was founded in 1881. Soon after came Wiley College in 1882, expanding education options for all people.
