The partnership focuses on the Career and Technical Certificate in Industrial Technician. The one-semester program is designed for advanced industrial settings, combining core theory with hands-on training in electricity, fluid power, and mechanical systems.
The curriculum covers essential skills including circuit analysis, electromagnetism, pneumatic air system design, and power transmission technology. Students will also learn machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.

The initiative includes pre-paid college tuition, industry certifications, and foundational skills such as English language proficiency and GED programs.
