Two people arrested

ANGOLA — The following people were booked into the Steuben County Jail after they were arrested on Wednesday by police. Formal charges are filed in court by the Steuben County Prosecutor’s Office.

• Jeremy M. Rakestraw, 37, of the 100 block of West Felicity Street, was arrested at the Sheriff’s Office and charged with Level 6 felony stalking violations.

• Samual D. Wofford II, 46, of the 900 block of East C.R. 300N, was arrested at the Sheriff’s Office and charged with Class A misdemeanor theft.
