Family of missing Texarkana woman offers $2K reward

TEXARKANA, Ark. - A family is pleading for help finding a Texarkana woman missing since March.

Marilyn Williamson's family is offering a $2,000 reward for information that helps locate her.

"We're just, like, lost. I'm trying to do everything I can to get somebody to step forward with the information they have. I will keep posting her picture every day until she is found. I'm not going to stop," said Rhonda Allen, Marilyn Williamson's aunt.

Allen says it is unusual for her niece to go this long without contacting family members.

"She usually contacts her sister. She's not contacted anybody," said Allen.

The family has posted missing person flyers throughout the College Hill community.

Williamson is described as having brown hair and green eyes. She weighs about 140 pounds and is about 5 feet and 7 inches tall.

The 53-year-old was also known to frequent the Salvation Army. Allen believes someone knows what happened to her niece.

"We just want them to come forward and tell what they know to the detectives. That way, we can get her back home," said Allen.

"If someone did something horrible to her. We still want her back," said April Fedd, Williamson's sister.

Fedd officially reported her sister missing on April 8, but she was last heard from by friends and family in March. Fedd wants police to expand their search efforts.

"Marilyn's not one to hurt anybody. I've never, ever seen my sister without a rake, or a broom in her hand, trying to clean for somebody. She's that kind of person. She will help anybody. She had a big heart," said Fedd.

Police say the case remains under active investigation, and they're continuing to follow all available leads. Investigators do not believe Williamson's case is connected to any other missing person cases in the area.
