Mizzou men’s basketball released its full schedule Monday in a post on the team’s X account. The Tigers are slated to play 32 regular-season games, including 18 against Southeastern Conference opponents.

Missouri opens the season against Cleveland State on Nov. 3 at Mizzou Arena. The Tigers then travel to face Saint Louis in an early neutral-site test Nov. 6 at Enterprise Center.

The next neutral-site matchup is against Marquette on Nov. 15 at the United Center in Chicago.

Mizzou will play 17 home games this season. This includes a five-game homestand that concludes with a game against Pittsburgh in the SEC/ACC Challenge on Dec. 1. The Tigers will follow this stretch with consecutive games at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City against archrival Kansas on Dec. 6 and Nebraska on Dec. 12. Next, they will travel to Bloomington to face Indiana on Dec. 18 before competing in the Braggin’ Rights showdown with Illinois.

The Tigers will face three SEC opponents twice, all on the road first: Arkansas (to open league play Jan. 2 and Feb. 23), Oklahoma (Jan. 19 or 20 and Feb. 16 or 17) and Tennessee (Jan. 12 or 13 and Feb. 6). Mizzou will host Kentucky (Jan. 9) and Alabama (Jan. 26 or 27), both of which made the NCAA Tournament last season. Key road matchups include showdowns with Vanderbilt (Jan. 23), Florida (Feb. 13), Georgia (Feb. 27) and Texas (March 2 or 3).

Missouri coach Dennis Gates’ schedule includes games against 12 teams ranked in ESPN’s Way Too Early Top 25 and 15 games against NCAA Tournament teams. This includes six teams that reached the Sweet 16. The Tigers aim to build on back-to-back bids to the Big Dance as the tournament field will be 76 teams.

Tigers schedule exhibition at K-State

Mizzou will play Kansas State in a preseason exhibition Oct. 23 in Manhattan, Kansas. The news was announced by Kansas State.

This marks the second season in a row in which these teams are facing off in the preseason. Mizzou defeated Kansas State 100-91 in last year’s preseason matchup. Then, the Wildcats ended the season with a 12-20 record (3-15 in conference play). The team hired new coach Casey Alexander to replace Jerome Tang.

Mizzou follows this matchup with a second preseason Oct. 29 at UNLV in Las Vegas.
