SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LinkLive, the AI-enabled cloud contact center platform trusted by more than 1,100 organizations across financial services, healthcare, and government, today announced the appointment of Mike Bourke as Chief Executive Officer to accelerate the company's leadership in secure, AI-powered customer engagement for regulated industries.

"I've spent my career at the intersection of contact centers and AI, and LinkLive is the platform I would have wanted to build," said Mike Bourke, Chief Executive Officer of LinkLive. "No one else combines agentic AI with the security and trust that banks, credit unions, and healthcare organizations require. My focus is simple: help our customers resolve more interactions on the first contact, at lower cost, without ever compromising trust."

Bourke has spent more than two decades building the products that define modern customer engagement. As Senior Vice President of Product at Five9, he drove the company's expansion into workforce optimization and automation, growing that business from approximately $20 million in revenue to a $150 million run rate in under three years and leading the acquisitions of Whendu and Virtual Observer. He previously served as Chief Product Officer at Aspect Software and held product leadership roles at Verint and Witness Systems. Most recently, Bourke co-founded and led TrampolineAI, a healthcare contact center AI company that deployed real-time agent intelligence with leading payers and processed more than 300,000 member and provider interactions before its acquisition by Voicegain.

"I co-founded this company to help organizations in the most regulated industries connect safely with the people they serve, and Mike is the ideal leader to carry that mission into the agentic AI era," said Perry Price, Co-Founder and Board Member of LinkLive. "He has spent more than 20 years building the technology our market runs on, and he leads with customers first. The entire LinkLive team is thrilled to welcome him."

Regulated organizations face a unique challenge: customers expect the instant, intelligent service that AI now makes possible, while banks, credit unions, and healthcare providers must meet security and compliance standards that generic contact center platforms were not built for. LinkLive's Journey Orchestration Engine was built to solve both.

"We invest in the industry's best talent to help our portfolio companies scale, and Mike is precisely that," said John DeLoche, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Invictus Growth Partners ("Invictus"), the majority owner of LinkLive. "Under his leadership, we are confident LinkLive will keep innovating to deliver even greater ROI for the regulated organizations that depend on it."

LinkLive's platform, powered by Agentic AI, coordinates every step of the customer journey across voice, chat, and digital channels – anticipating customer needs, adapting in real time, and moving seamlessly between AI self-service and live agents without losing context. A network of specialized AI agents handles the multi-step tasks traditional automation cannot, all within the encrypted, auditable environment regulated industries require. The results are measurable: United Way of Greater Chattanooga achieves 78% first-call resolution, CSI BPO cut support costs by 50%, and North Memorial Health integrated with Epic in just four months.

"LinkLive has already proven what secure, AI-powered engagement looks like for banks, credit unions, and healthcare providers; the next phase is scaling that model into other regulated markets that share the same trust requirements," said William Nettles, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Invictus. "Mike's industry-relevant operating experience will be invaluable to LinkLive's next phase of growth."
