Greenberg Traurig Adds Private Funds Shareholder Sheldon Hunt Laing

NEW YORK, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Shareholder Sheldon Hunt Laing to its Private Funds Group in New York.

Laing joins Greenberg Traurig from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised private fund sponsors on the formation, operation, and compliance of private investment vehicles. His practice encompasses buyout, growth equity, and late-stage venture funds, as well as co-investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, continuation funds, and other complex investment structures for established and emerging sponsors.
