AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Flex (Nasdaq: FLEX) today unveiled Axiom Solutions International, Inc. (Axiom) as the name of its planned independent Cloud and Power Infrastructure company and filed its preliminary Form 10 registration statement (Form 10) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), marking a key milestone in the planned spin-off from Flex (Spin-Off). Following completion of the planned Spin-Off, Axiom is expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "AXM."

The Form 10 provides additional information about Axiom, including its business, strategy, financial profile, leadership team and the anticipated terms of the separation.

"Axiom is built to lead the next generation of critical digital and electrical infrastructure," said Revathi Advaithi, Flex Chief Executive Officer and expected Chief Executive Officer of Axiom. "By bringing together power, thermal management and compute at the system level, we help customers deploy increasingly complex infrastructure with greater speed and scale, as AI drives new demands on the physical infrastructure behind it."

The name Axiom reflects a foundational principle: bringing together power, cooling and compute at the system level to support the reliable, scalable infrastructure needed for the future.

The planned separation is expected to be completed in the first quarter of calendar 2027, subject to customary conditions, including, among other things, final approval by the Flex Board of Directors, the effectiveness of the Form 10 and Flex shareholder and Singapore High Court approval.

Upon completion, Flex and Axiom are expected to operate as independent publicly traded companies. Additional details on each company's strategy will be shared at Innovation Day on November 10, 2026, in Austin, Texas.
